<p>The hotel's location makes it an ideal base for touring the whole of the West Country from North Devon to Lands End. Also ideal for touring including such local jewels as Clovelly or Tintagel, and an hours drive to the Eden Project.</p>
<p>The Maer Lodge is a two star hotel peacefully situated in its own sheltered grounds overlooking the Bude Golf Course and just a few hundred yards from Crooklets Beach. It has private parking and the town centre is only a short walking distance away. The hotel is open all the year, and has seventeen en-suite bedrooms each with TV, radio, hair-dryer, telephone and hot drink facilities. There is a cocktail bar adjacent to the main lounge, and a spacious dining room. It is a family-run hotel offering personal service and excellent food in comfortable surroundings at moderate prices. Our five course dinner is charged at 12 pounds.50p A deposit of 7 pounds.50p per person per day (5 pounds for children sharing)will be taken for all bookings. In event of cancellation this deposit will be refunded less 5 pounds administration charge. The A30 trunkroad at Okehampton is 28 miles away.</p>
