Beaumont House Hotel is an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds or just relaxing. Not just the Cotswolds, but Bath, Oxford, Worcester and Straford upon Avon - are all easy day trips.
Beaumont House was built in the 1850s in the Regency period of Cheltenham as a private house/villa. It was converted to a hotel in the 1980s. The hotel has 16 bedrooms, all en suite, is family run in a relaxed friendly style with the emphasis on warmth, peace and comfort; it is set in beautiful gardens where drinks may be enjoyed on summer evenings; there is ample car parking space. Our comfortable lounge is the perfect place to relax with a good novel, enjoy a cappuccino or a drink from our Trust Bar before going out for dinner. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance from the hotel - the closest fine dining Restaurant, Rowan's [recommended - but book in advance] is just 50 yards away. During 2005 substantial improvements will be made to the hotel. We are closed 9 - 20 May for the installation of new plumbing; new fire alarm system; new kitchen; new TV aerial system; broadband connections to bedrooms and the creation of 2 new theme rooms - OUT OF AFRICA and OUT OF ASIA, spacious, comfortable and with spa baths. To add value to your stay, guests are entitled to complimentary entrance to LA FITNESS Cheltenham - great swimming pool and gym.
