<p>The Birch Hotel was once a Mill Owners house and it first became a hotel in the 1970s. Recently all accommodation has been completely refurbished to a superb standard.We have two bars, two function suite, one seating 80, the other seating 200. Being so close to the centre of Manchester ( Junction 19 M62) our conference facilities are absolutely perfect for daily seminars, exhibitions or business lunches. Weddings are our speciality and also with 2 live cabarets shows every month. Complimentary passes as avaiable to Esporta Health Club 1 mile away. Car parking for 100 cars and 2 helicopters RECRUITMENTS: As a part of our expansion, we are currently recruiting the following: 1 x CHEF (Indian & French cuisines only) Must be able to create Indian cuisines. Position to be filled as soon as possible. This is a live in position and will involve working long and unsocial hours. </p>
