<p>We are a family run guesthouse, less than a mile from Swansea city centre and the University. The Grosvenor Guest House is an imposing late 19th century semi-detatched villa.</p>
<p>Near the railway and bus stations, with the sea 10 minutes' walk away, we are the ideal choice for business or pleasure guests. All of our rooms are comfortably appointed, benefitting from en-suite facilities, modern decor, complimentary tea tray and colour TV's. Our guest house is fully non smoking.</p>
